1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment or order confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
• Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping — 1–2 business days
• Hand Delivered by the Owner — personal delivery, availability may vary

3. Shipping Costs
• Standard Shipping — 10 QAR
• Express Shipping — 20 QAR
• Hand Delivered by the Owner — 100 QAR

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with delivery details so you can follow your order's status.

5. Delivery Issues and Delays

6. International Shipping
We currently ship only within Qatar and do not offer international shipping at this time.
